We collect as little as we need, we never sell it, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Who we are
The Sunny Street Initiative is a Georgia 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 39-4981128). Sunny Street Yoga is a program of the Initiative. This policy covers this website, sunnystreetinitiative.org. When we say "we" or "us," we mean the Initiative.
What we collect
- Mailing list. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your first name, last name and email address.
- Donations and sponsorships. When you give, your name, contact details and gift details are collected by our donation platform, Givebutter. Your card or bank details are handled by Givebutter and its payment processors. We never see or store them.
- Emails you send us. If you email us to volunteer, nominate a community or ask about a partnership, we keep what you choose to share so we can reply and follow up.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not run analytics that identify you personally.
How we use it
- To send the updates you signed up for
- To process gifts, send receipts and thank you
- To respond to your messages and coordinate volunteers, nominations and partnerships
- To keep the records a nonprofit is required to keep
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, including donor information, to anyone. We do not share it with other organizations for their own marketing.
Services we rely on
A few trusted services help us run this site. Each handles information under its own privacy policy:
- Givebutter: donations, sponsorships and our mailing list
- OfferingTree: class booking and payments on the Sunny Street Yoga website
- Google Fonts: the fonts on this site, which your browser loads from Google
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any of our emails.
- See, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some donation records for tax and legal purposes.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable services and limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their work for the Initiative. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
